Main Purpose of the Position:
To lead and execute innovative marketing initiatives that enhance the Centre's visibility and success. This role involves creating strategic marketing campaigns, organizing promotional events, and leveraging market insights to develop impactful strategies that align with business goals.Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and Centre performance.

  • Organize and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, TV, and exhibitions.
  • Conduct thorough market research to analyze trends, brand positioning, and competitive landscape.
  • Initiate and oversee customer surveys to gather insights and improve engagement.
  • Create compelling marketing content for brochures, press releases, websites, and other distribution channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to support promotional activities.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and generate performance reports.
  • Collaborate with management on budget preparation and monitor marketing expenses.
  • Drive revenue by ensuring exhibition court spaces are consistently sold.
  • Manage marketing and exhibition budgets, ensuring accurate financial tracking.
  • Secure signed exhibition contracts and ensure timely exhibitor payments.
  • Coordinate and liaise with tenants to support marketing initiatives.
Daily Activities:
  • Plan and execute daily marketing activities aligned with strategic goals.
  • Monitor ongoing campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance data.
  • Maintain consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and adherence to deadlines.
Weekly Reporting:
  • Provide weekly updates on marketing activities, campaign performance, and budget status.
  • Present reports on key metrics to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Marketing Process:
  • Identify target audiences and tailor marketing efforts to meet their preferences.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize outcomes.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Continuously explore new marketing channels and techniques to stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record as a Marketing Manager, preferably within a retail or similar environment.
  • Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
  • Expertise in strategic planning and marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software, including CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with social and web analytics tools (e.g., Web Trends).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Creative thinking with commercial awareness.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.
