Location: Remote, offshore. Open to talent from LATAM or South Africa.
Job Type: Full-time, remote.We are a growing real estate investment firm currently managing approximately $130M in assets on behalf of our investors. Our company raises capital and funds real estate investments, and wexe2x80x99re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute a comprehensive marketing and investor outreach strategy for our investment funds. This role blends strategy and execution, and wexe2x80x99re seeking someone who excels at both planning and actively doing the work.
About the Role:
As a critical member of our small team, the Marketing Manager will directly handle the execution of marketing initiatives while developing high-impact strategies. Reporting to the CEO, youxe2x80x99ll play an instrumental role in developing and optimizing marketing processes, driving measurable results, and ensuring alignment with the business objectives. The role demands someone with experience in real estate investment, fundraising, or financial markets, with a strong emphasis on raising funds from high-net-worth individuals and wealth advisors. Experience marketing to wealth advisors will be highly valued, and if you have exposure to fundraising in any field, it will be an asset.
Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Oversight and Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy targeted at wealth advisors, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and institutional investors.
  • Focus on fundraising efforts by creating a pipeline of qualified leads through direct outreach and strategic marketing.
  • Define KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness, ensuring that initiatives align with business goals and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Establish and manage the marketing budget to optimize return on investments.
  • Team and Contractor Management:
  • Manage external contractors responsible for LinkedIn outreach, GoHighLevel CRM setup and automation, and Facebook advertising.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to streamline lead vetting and appointment scheduling processes for qualified leads.
  • Work closely with contractors and internal team to refine and optimize the marketing process continually.
  • Optimization of Marketing Assets and Processes:
  • Evaluate and enhance current marketing materials, including website copy, LinkedIn profiles, and advertising scripts, to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Test and optimize new advertising platforms, including LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and Google Search, to ensure they contribute effectively to lead generation.
  • Continuously refine CRM automations and advertising scripts based on real-time feedback.
  • AI-Driven Innovation:
  • Explore, adopt, and integrate emerging AI tools to optimize marketing efforts, from campaign automation to content creation and audience targeting.
  • Keep a pulse on AI advancements and implement tools to stay competitive in the market.
  • Ensure marketing strategies are agile enough to rapidly adopt new AI-driven tools and methodologies.
  • Content and Event Management:
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as fund presentations, newsletters, and videos that communicate our value proposition effectively.
  • Lead the organization of investor events such as webinars, speaking engagements, and dinners to increase investor engagement.
  • Coordinate podcast appearances and media engagements for the CEO to increase brand visibility and reach potential investors.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns, adjusting tactics as necessary to optimize performance.
  • Conduct reviews of contractor performance to ensure maximum ROI and implement improvements as needed.
Position Requirements:
  • Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in real estate investment, alternative investments, or fundraising for high-net-worth individuals.
  • Skills: Ability to balance strategic planning with execution, particularly in marketing campaigns aimed at wealth advisors and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Fundraising Experience: Previous experience in fundraising in any sector is a significant plus.
  • CRM & Marketing Tools: Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (GoHighLevel preferred), marketing automation tools, and digital advertising platforms.
  • AI Experience: A passion for leveraging AI tools to drive marketing efficiency and innovation, particularly in campaign optimization and content creation.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging that resonates with high-net-worth individuals and wealth advisors.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Hubstaff (time tracking) and willingness to install necessary software for work.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a "whatever it takes" mentality. Flexibility to adopt new tools and methods as the company grows.
