Job Description


As the Marketing Manager at Seeff Atlantic Seaboard & City Bowl, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our real estate services and drive business growth. You will work closely with the sales team, creative team, and external agencies to execute campaigns that effectively reach our target audience and differentiate us in the market.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales for residential and commercial real estate properties.
  • Collaborate with the sales and rentals team to understand their needs and develop marketing materials and campaigns that support their efforts.
  • Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including website content, social media channels, email campaigns, and online advertising to maximize online visibility and engagement.
  • Create compelling content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics, to educate and engage potential clients and establish the company as a thought leader in the real estate industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth, and use insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and other vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and data analytics tools, and use findings to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and enhance the company's marketing efforts.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • Years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively convey key messages to different audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to track campaign performance and measure ROI.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a willingness to experiment with new ideas and strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
