Marketing Manager - Pinelandfs,WCFull job descriptionRobin Trust is a Christian based NPO located in the Oude Molen Eco Village in Pinelands, Cape Town. It provides sub-acute rehabilitative care, frail and dementia residential care, training for home based carers, and placing home based carers with patients in private homes and institutions for both short- and long-term care assignments.As Robin Trust continues to grow, a need has been identified for a Marketing Manager with high levels of business acumen to market the unique services that Robin Trust offers to its clients and the community at large. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for meeting the needs of four different entities of Robin Trust, namely, The Nest Dementia residence; Sub-Acute Rehabilitation Centre and Palliative Care unit; Home Based Care training facility; and The Agency in line with Robin Trusts strategic and operational objectives.Key performance areas include:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and action plans to achieve Robin Trusts strategic objectives and targets, including:- increased bed occupancy- growth in student numbers- increased homecare Agency- increased brand awareness throughout the Western Cape and other identified areas.Develop and sustain strong communication and working relationships with key external and internal stakeholders to ensure continuous engagement, brand awareness, referrals, loyalty and advocacy, including amongst doctors, nurses, caregivers, facility managers, etc. in the medical, retirement and other relevant industries.Build and expand Robin Trusts profile on different digital platforms, including the website through creating and publishing relevant content.Identify potential clients / partners and develop proposals for sponsorships / partnerships with Robin Trust.Plan and implement relevant campaigns and events (in conjunction with the General Manager) including but not limited to: AGM; celebrations, special events, fund raisers, launches and visits by dignitaries.Manage marketing resources i.e. budget, stock, time, systems, sales tools.Develop an in-depth understanding of local, regional and national trends and customer dynamics; and provide ongoing monitoring and analysis of exposure, regional sales, competitor and market share data.Competencies Required:A 3-year Nursing or Marketing Experience or similar qualificationAt least 5 years of sales, NPO and marketing experienceFully computer literate with knowledge and experience of digital marketing platformsAn understanding of the medical and care industryExcellent levels of English proficiency, both verbal and written and the ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations for various audiencesProfessionalism always in representing Robin TrustEntrepreneurial thinking and results orientatedGood planning and organising skillsSelf-motivated and persuasiveEstablished networks with key decision makers and NPO experience will be an advantageMust have own transport and a valid drivers licence.Should you wish to be considered for this role, please submit your CV to: hr@robintrust.comThe closing date for applications will be 20 September 2024Further correspondence will only be entered into with candidates under consideration for the roles.
