Job Description


The Marketing Manager will be required to develop, establish, and maintain marketing strategies to meet the overall organisational objectives through effective management of marketing, advertising and promotional activities. This will include internal communication to staff via media screens in the relevant regions, event management both internally and externally, implementation of the Group Corporate Identity (CI) across all branding aspects within the organisation, stock management.Job Objectives

  • Work with Head of Marketing to develop and maintain marketing strategies to meet company objectives
  • Work with Head of Marketing to develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Vox product offering in the market
  • Work with Head of Marketing to develop and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for Vox products
  • Oversee marketing, advertising and promotional activities in conjunction with Head of Marketing
  • Manage print production, receipt and distribution of printed material, where applicable, e.g. product overviews, corporate stationery, etc and distribute to all regions
  • To assist Head of Marketing with PR functions when required and ensure frequent media coverage
  • Identify and source branding opportunities both internally and externally, i.e. vehicles, corporate clothing/ items/ gifts, billboards, etc
  • Ensure ongoing communication to all staff via media boards, newsletters, etc
  • Assist with copywriting where required
  • Manage and co-ordinate events, functions and customer retention activities, e.g. launches, customer workshops, golf days, etc
  • Source corporate gifts and manage stock thereof
  • Budget management deliver all activities within the agreed budget

Minimum Requirements
  • Level of tertiary education: Grade 12
  • Specific degree/ qualification: Digital Marketing /Marketing Manager
