  • Provide operational support to the Marketing organization and be an enabler to achieving Haleons ambition of becoming one of the most innovative, best performing, trusted and compliant Consumer Healthcare Companies in South Africa.
  • Manage all Marketing & Comex Vendor Management compliance and support Marketing Digital Compliance as well.
Key responsibilities
  • Assist Marketing, Expert & Comex Business Owners with Vendor Management process contract tracking, ensuring we have valid contracts for all Marketing & Comex Vendors - Vendor Management Super User.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and all valid contracts are uploaded in Ariba.
  • Support the completion TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) process for new vendors and ensure valid TPOs are in place for all Marketing, Expert & Comex Vendors in consultation with the Business Owner, FMV analysis; conflict of interest, contract finalisation and updating - TPRM Super User (Process and System).
  • Support Marketing & Expert Team and Procurement on all Marketing RFPs (setting up of presentations with RFP vendors, collecting and support Marketing with all data requests).
  • Ensure support to drive Marketing Digital Compliance- ensuring website and social media assets compliance (Working with the Marketing Team and managing all requirements through Country Risk Forum).
  • Support DComm Manager and Brand Team on creative adaptations and approvals for FCP.
  • Support Marketing Team by working with Compliance to ensure that all Management Monitoring (MM) and Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPAs) are addressed timeously and work with extended team to find sustainable solutions to non-compliance issues.
  • Support Brand, Expert and ComEx Teams with overflow Purchase Orders, and be Marketing Department Ariba/FIORI Super User supporting managing the end-to-end process.
  • Marketing & Expert coordination of team sites and key events.
Qualifications and skillsRequired
  • Minimum Bachelors/IMM degree (Marketing/Procurement).
  • 1.5 years working experience in FMCG/CH environment.

  • Understanding of the Fiori and Ariba systems.

  • Collaboration: Fosters strong collaboration skills to work effectively across departments and with cross-functional teams and drives consistency to deliver on expectations.
