Requirements for this hire:- Needs to be a professional and positive person who is capable of and good with engagement [Peoples person/outgoing/friendly/approachable]- Needs to be a vibrant person who is able to represent the brand in the market Trustworthy and speaks the language- Comfortable with public speaking- The ability to do client relationship management (CRM)- Excellent communication skills- Experience in Personal Assistant work and Marketing or related fields.- Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.- Needs to be well organized and resourceful- Needs to be adaptable, with the ability to prioritize tasks- Availability to travel- Own vehicle would be beneficial- CreativeRoles Outline/Responsibilities the new hire will take on:- To represent the brand positively in a multitude of settings- Generate brand awareness through word of mouth marketing (Speaking ourlanguage | Effortlessly communicate key messages about the company)- Event marketing/Networking (Representing the company at product launches, events, trade shows, dinners)- Promote positive image of a company- Identify new clients- Build and Maintain client/ supplier/industry relationships (CRM)- Ensuring all final project shoots are taken care of- Manage social content and Approvals- Monitor the public and media's opinion of client and employer- Assist with content creation (Day to day content (Inside the office / Outside the office/Site Visits etc)| Behind the scenes according to brief)- Provide sound feedback and insight on new products , services and clientele- Administration/PA work (Full hands on assist To the entire Johannesburg Team) i.e office assistance.- Monitor social accounts and ensure all comments are read and responded to (Interaction)- Work closely with marketing team to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies.- Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.- Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products and services.- Interested and keen eye for design and restaurants
