Job Summary A growing earth moving company based in Boksburg required sales managers, sales reps and sales supervisors focusing on Minning, Agriculture & Construction earth moving equipment. if your sold earth moving equipment this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for. Second in command, manager responsibilities will default to Team Leader when the manager is absent/on leave Coaching and guidance Handling queries and disputes and timeous feedback to relative parties Daily call audits Daily production matrix and reports tracking (sales, conversions and calls per agent) Weekly soft skill and sales training Maintaining set SLAs Maintaining current portfolio by balancing sales, sales conversions, acquisition costs, partnerships and cancellations Monitoring the lead pools and ensuring that all leads are distributed and contact attempted within the targeted turnaround times Diligently recycling existing data Maintain a healthy lead to sale conversion on both new and recycled leads candidates with sales experience of at least 3-5 years in Engineering Machinery/Heavy Equipment Machinery (Mobile Crane/Tower Crane and Concrete) industry are a must A commitment to excellent customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superb interpersonal skills Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
