Job Summary
Minimum requirements for the role:
- Must have a tertiary qualification in Marketing or related
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in Marketing
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset with a good understanding of the agriculture market (experience in the agriculture industry is highly advantageous)
- Ability to stay up to date with the latest marketing trends
- Must have an understanding of corporate identity
- Proactive and able to take initiative in driving marketing campaigns
- Experience with CRM systems is essential
- Must have knowledge of WordPress
- Fluent in Afrikaans (written and spoken)
- Creating and managing CRM campaigns.
- Handling social media and digital marketing.
- Designing promotional materials using Photoshop.
- Planning and managing events.
- Reporting on social media, websites, Google AdWords, and Mailchimp, while analyzing performance.
- Strategizing with area sales management to plan sales campaigns.
- Ordering and designing merchandise.
- Performing general administrative duties.
- Managing product materials, including brochures and a digital library of photos and videos.
- Updating the website using WordPress.
- Working with dealer network marketing staff to ensure collaboration and adherence to corporate identity and advertising guidelines.
- Communicating with dealers via WhatsApp and email.
