About The Role



This is the start of something BIG! As a Marketing Specialist at Lucid Day, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our media presence, driving content creation, supporting sales through collateral and campaigns, and leveraging analytics to enhance performance and lead generation. Your work will directly impact our growth by increasing visibility, engagement, and conversion rates across various platforms.

Key Role Objectives



Own and manage all existing digital media channels, including our

website, YouTube, and social media

Analyze performance metrics for

website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates

Create and execute

content marketing strategies

, including blog posts, videos, and case studies Develop high-quality

sales collateral

such as one-pagers, slide decks, and videos to support sales efforts Plan and execute

email campaigns

to nurture leads and drive conversions Optimize

SEO strategies

to improve organic search rankings and website traffic Track and report on

marketing effectiveness

, adjusting strategies for continuous improvement

Your Day-to-Day:



Media Management:

Oversee website updates, maintain YouTube and social media presence, and ensure consistent branding across platforms.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track visitor metrics, engagement rates, and conversion performance to optimize marketing efforts.

Content Creation:

Write blog posts, develop educational content, and work with video editors to create engaging YouTube videos.

Sales Support Materials:

Design and update sales collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, and video assets.

Email Campaigns & Lead Gen Support:

Develop and execute email marketing strategies that nurture prospects and drive sales opportunities.

SEO Optimization:

Implement best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase inbound traffic (nice to have, but not required).

Campaign Strategy:

Work cross-functionally with sales to develop and execute demand generation campaigns.

Your Experience & Skills



3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or marketing analytics Strong understanding of

content marketing

and

media strategy

(blogs, videos*, and social media)
Hands-on experience with

website analytics tools

(Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) Ability to

create and manage email marketing campaigns

(HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar) Experience in

SEO optimization

and understanding of organic traffic growth strategies (nice to have) Proficiency in

designing marketing materials

(Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools) Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking and measuring

marketing KPIs

Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with sales teams to drive lead generation

# of Visitors

- Track website and YouTube traffic growth

Conversion Rates

- Measure the percentage of visitors converting into leads or customers

# of Leads Converted

- Track leads generated from marketing efforts and moved into the sales pipeline

# of Content Pieces Created

- Measure blog posts, videos, and marketing collateral produced

# of Close-Lost Clients Re-engaged

- Convert previously lost opportunities into active leads

Organic Traffic Growth

- Measure the percentage increase in website visits from search engines

Bounce Rate

- Track the percentage of visitors who leave the site after viewing only one page

Click-Through Rate (CTR)

- Measure engagement on emails, ads, and social media content
