As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us elevate our marketing efforts. We are looking for experienced team members with hospitality experience and or a creative mind that can market our brand correctly and accurately to what we stand for and represent in our core beliefs and the quality of our product in the hospitality field.: We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist who is eager to contribute to our growth and success. This role requires someone who can devote their full attention to our marketing initiatives and grow with us long-term. • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage current and potential clients.
• Collaborate with Instagram influencers to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to our rental listings.
• Create and manage engaging content for our Instagram and Facebook pages, including posts and stories.
• Design and implement Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Build and optimize marketing funnels and websites to convert leads into customers.
• Conduct SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.
• Manage both paid and unpaid social media campaigns, ensuring effective audience targeting and engagement.
• Generate creative marketing ideas and strategies to promote our properties and services.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive brand messaging and marketing alignment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property management (1+ year marketing and similar job experience required)
• Strong understanding of email marketing, social media marketing, and content creation.
• Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook advertising platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to deadlines.
