ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa - we are a global BPO company, partnering with a USA-based client who offer recruitment solutions to the Healthcare Industry, is urgently seeking a Marketing Specialist. This role requires an individual with strong technical skills, who can manage marketing campaigns, handle graphic design needs, generate creative content, and effectively execute assigned tasks.***Please note that if you are shortlisted for this role, you will need to provide a portfolio of your work***PLEASE NOTE:

• Working Hours: This role requires you to work USA hours Mon - Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (16h00pm to 01h00am South African time. These working hours are subject to change depending on daylight savings)
• Work Environment: This is a remote role for South African Citizens only.
• Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
• Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing Materials & Graphics: Design marketing materials (e.g., flyers, banners) and digital content for email and social media using Canva.
• LinkedIn Management: Post content and respond to comments, engaging with the LinkedIn community.
• Social Content: Create and schedule posts across social media platforms.
• Video Editing: Edit and publish videos to social media platforms like YouTube and other channels.
• Campaign Support: Assist in launching and managing marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Seasonal Content: Design posts for holidays and cultural events.

RequirementsRequired Experience:

• Marketing, social media management, LinkedIn, Canva, and video editing.

Soft Skills:

• Creative, proactive, excellent time management, and strong communication skills.

Technical Skills:

• MS Office, Canva, Mailchimp, video editing software, LinkedIn.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of US holidays/culture for relevant content creation.
