You will be joining a team of A-Players with extremely high standards of personal and professional development.REQUIREMENTSYou should have a strong grasp of effective communication skills and strategies and be able to engage with people to make them know, like, and trust the client/avatar/patient you are looking for.3+ years of overall progressive experience in marketing strategy, leading marketing campaigns and demonstrating understanding of marketing fundamentals (marketing mix) through digital marketing channelsProven experience in a marketing agency or related roleAbility to research, develop and communicate an executive marketing planKnowledge of the foundational 4Ps of marketingExcellent writing, editing, and proofreading skillsExperience with multimedia platforms, copywriting and quality controlStrong research skillsCreativityAttention to detailCollaborative team-spiritExcellent time-management and organizational skills5+ years experience in marketing or related field will be considered an assetBSc/BA in marketing, sales, advertising, or related field will be considered an assetRESPONSIBILITIESReporting to our VP Marketing in this role will be pivotal in driving growth of client brands through optimizing leads, digital marketing ROI and patient acquisition costMonitor, conduct and report competitive research under the guidance of the VP Marketing for the agency, clients, prospects and upcoming industry trendsSeek and lead new strategies that generate innovation and maximum ROIAssist in the monitoring, tracking and evaluation of VIP clientsGeneration accurate and convincing Avatars and PersonasCollect and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)Support the advertising team in quality control, digital design creation (concepts) and ensuring the marketing mix fits the avatar(s) of clientsApproval of social media for agency and clientsReview analytics, data and conversion rate optimization using robust tools provided by the agencyOther various marketing and strategy related tasksRESULTSTimely and accurate competitive reporting for all new client campaignsQuality assurance of all new client campaigns at predetermined phasesImprove the efficiency of the agency social media and prospecting channelsGenerate results from marketing and have a working knowledge with CRM programsEngage and cultivate industry partnerships (existing and new)Proficiency with SEO/SEM campaigns, website and new campaign buildsProvides weekly report to Operations and Marketing teamsSound like someone you know?
