Marketing SupervisorLocation: Elandsfontein, JohannesburgSalary: Market Related + benefitsAbout the Role:With a focus on trends, interior design, architecture and next-level Marketing Campaigns we are seeking a talented Marketing Supervisor to join our in-house marketing team.This is a leadership position that requires incredible communication and organizational skills, and the person will report to the Head of Marketing. The Marketing Supervisor will need to have an in-depth understanding of all the designer surface brands.Requirements:Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Marketing, Business Management, Sales or similarIndustry experience will be advantageous3+ years experience in a managerial rolePeople management experience leading a team with a minimum size of 5 team membersStrong numerical and analytical abilityStock ManagementStrong organizational abilities with acute attention to detailProblem-solving, and adaptability in a team-based environmentAbility to build a strong team spirit and provide motivational leadershipGood time management skills & communicationProficiency in Microsoft Office.Responsibilities:Manage a team of 9 Product Consultants around the country. This includes leading, supervising and training them.Management of the Marketing Admin Assistant.Oversee the daily/weekly/monthly schedules and functions of the team, including call reports and credit card recons.Compile monthly reports on data analysis from market research and industry findings.Manage the Marketing Warehouse and marketing stock. This includes managing the planning, budgeting and ordering of the marketing materials used by the company from global service providers.Overseeing the data and analysis of monthly lead generation across all brands.Presenting brand training and information sessions to customers across the country.Actively participating and managing regional marketing events.Be required to call on customers from time to time across the country.
