Partner with stakeholders to build and execute initiatives and roadmaps to achieve business goals. This includes both short- and long-term horizons.
Partner with teams to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones, and drive delivery.
Gather and analyse data to uncover opportunities to drive Amazon growth and improvements
Identify the gaps and pain points in the existing processes and drive improvements.
Connect with key stakeholders regularly to review metrics and setup processes to ensure goals are met.
Track performance management mechanisms and seller performance on a day to day basis.
Write reports/documents that detail the progress to leadership on a frequent basis.
