Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Cloud Segment & Journey Specialist to join our Leads Management team within the Personalisation & Martech space. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Marketing Automation and Martech, working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to create customer journeys and audience segments that support our customer engagement strategies.
This role will support the team in building campaigns, setting up journeys, and managing data segments, while learning best practices in customer experience design and customer engagement automation
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy multi-step, cross-channel customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder) to support customer engagement campaigns.
Build and manage advanced data segments using Data Cloud, SQL, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder to enable targeted, dynamic customer experiences.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Data teams to interpret briefs, translate them into executable journeys, and deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
Optimise journeys and segmentation strategies based on performance insights, A/B testing results, and campaign reporting.
Ensure journeys adhere to governance, compliance, and customer contact policies.
Work closely with developers, data engineers, and analytics teams to troubleshoot issues and improve data flows across platforms.
Support documentation of processes, journey maps, and best practices to drive operational efficiency.
Key Requirements2+ years experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with hands-on expertise in Data Cloud, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
Proficiency in writing SQL queries for segmentation and data management within SFMC.
Experience in building lifecycle or lead management journeys that drive engagement and conversion.
Solid understanding of customer data structures and relational databases.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with compliance and governance considerations within customer engagement (e.g., consent management, suppression logic).
Advantageous: knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, AMPscript, or API integrations.
