PermanentPlease note if you are an internal employee on a fixed term contract please apply using an external candidate profile and not your employee profileMAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo support a comprehensive, professional and integrated care service and to deliver world-class case coordination and concierge service to Medical Assist Service patients in collaboration with the internal and external healthcare teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • Manage clinical efficiency in collaboration with the Clinical and Medical Assist Services team for MAS patients before admission, during hospitalisation and post-discharge
  • Support an integrated healthcare service by monitoring the liaison and coordination services of the MAS teams with clinician offices and external healthcare providers
  • Fulfil a patient liaison role throughout the delivery of the various MAS contracts, communicate effectively with patients, clients, specialists, hospitals
  • Utilise data analytics and reporting to monitor patient outcomes, operational efficiency and clinical governance
  • Drive a culture of cost efficiency and ensure the financial process is managed thoroughly

REQUIRED EDUCATIONESSENTIAL EDUCATIONDegree / Diploma in General Nursing; OR Advanced Life Support OR ILS with appropriate case management experience OR other allied healthcare degree/ diplomaDESIRED EDUCATIONClient Liaison, Case ManagementREQUIRED EXPERIENCEMINIMUM EXPERIENCE2-years' experience in a senior nursing role (e.g. Shift Leader, SPN), within a private acute healthcare setting; OR Paramedic OR 2 years' experience within the healthcare environmentDESIRED EXPERIENCE2-years' Case Management and/or Client Liaison/Customer Service, Communications and BookkeepingREQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
