With 50 years in the Industry, we offer the most professional and high-quality service, standards and workmanship in all the Countries that we operate.Mascor is currently looking to appoint an Agricultural (John Deere) Sales Executive for EmpangeniResponsibilities:
- Drive sales through the growth of existing clients.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Master how to get agricultural and forestry sales leads and implement a lead generation strategy.
- Develop new relationships within the commercial agricultural and forestry sales community.
- Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a deal.
- Complete all documents on time.
- Achieve/exceed targeted new commercial calls per month within a specified territory.
- Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals.
- Maintain acceptable profit margins.
- After-sales contact with customers to be at 100%.
- Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided.
- Execute the marketing plan as required.
- Meet budgeted unit and sales targets.
- Adhere to processes and timelines criteria.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products.
- Execute all year demonstration program.
Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships.
5 + years of sales experience and knowledge of agricultural and forestry sales.
Pay great attention to detail
Be goal and results-driven
Work with minimal supervision
Display excellent time management
