Qualification

  • Matric
  • Any additional logistical qualification will be an advantage.
Requirements
  • Must have 2 3 years invoicing and logistics experience in FMCG markets
  • Must have retail experience
  • Must have CHEP Pallet transfer and reconciliation experience
  • Must be MS office proficient (Excel & Outlook and Word) be computer literate.
  • Syspro experience will be an advantage
  • Good customer service skills
Duties
  • Prepare and generate invoices to Customers from Delivery Plan
  • Maintain delivery plan with scheduled delivery dates
  • Plan and schedule daily deliveries between customer request and available transport.
  • Arrange transport with approved vendors daily
  • Follow up on PODS from Transporters and capture of PODs in Syspro
  • Maintain and Manage the CHEP pallet account
  • Perform inter-branch transfer transactions and manage Good in Transit Account
  • Follow up on discrepancies between shipping logs and invoice registers
  • Capture stock takes for warehouses
  • Assist with capturing of orders on Syspro
  • Prepare load control documents and arrange picking of stock
  • Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by direct manager
  • Review and compare transporter invoice to agreed rate schedules
  • Debrief PODs to check for any discrepancies after deliveries.
