Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Manufacturing department. We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Materials Stores Controller role, which is based in Premier Place. The successful candidate will report directly to the Stores Team Leader. Key Purpose generate short and medium term material planning and control, to ensure sufficient materials are available to meet production demand while aligning to business strategy and the ever changing environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Key Output : Material planning, Materials Management (Design changes and run-outs), monitors and forecasts for replenishment (Excel and MRP OP) Imports Management- Process and Procedures Maintain systems and processes aligned to business requirements Supplier Relationship Management - ensuring sufficient production of key materials and ensuring availability to meet production demand, with weeks of cover and SLA compliance The person will also be exposed to all of the other disciplines within planning and logistics, with a view to maximizing potential and enhancing the big picture understanding of the business. KPI driven performance to achieve triple bottom line results Structured learning's within Supply Planning roles Key Attributes & Competencies: Good planning skills / logical approach to problem solving Computer literacy Good numerical / analytical skills Good communication skills Good interpersonal skills / team player The ability to work without constant supervision Eagerness to learn to fill in for other individuals within the team Multitask
Skills, Experience & Education Qualifications & Experience : Matric with Maths A degree or equivalent tertiary qualification (Preferably in Operations / Logistics Management or in one or more of the numerical sciences) will be an advantage Experience in supply planning functions will be an advantage Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft products and SAP
