• Manage P&L, budgets, and forecasts to ensure financial targets are met.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the chemicals distribution sector or related industries.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving sales and business growth.
• Excellent operational management skills with experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards in the chemicals industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Experience managing P&L and financial planning.
• A bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
