Qualifications Essential: Grade 12/ NQF 4 Desirable: Blockman NQF 3
Experience Essential: Previous Management Experience Meat Industry Experience
Knowledge and Skills Essential: Knowledge of Meat Market hygiene and safety standards Knowledge of meat cuts/ products Desirable: Basic knowledge of first aid
