Mechanic Transportation - Cape TownFull job description:Perform routine maintenance and inspections on all transportation vehicles, including engines, electrical systems, and other mechanical componentsDiagnose and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise, and perform necessary repairsKeep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performedOrder and maintain inventory of spare parts and suppliesFollow all safety protocols and regulations while working on vehiclesCollaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutionsStay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in transportation technologyRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic, preferably in the transportation industryStrong knowledge of mechanical systems and enginesAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsWillingness to work flexible hours and be on call for emergency repairsValid driver's license and clean driving recordMust be able to pass a background check and drug testWorking Place:Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa
