Duties include but are not limited to:

Servicing of light motor vehicles,
General mechanical repairs.
Inspecting and reporting vehicle faults and defects.
Test driving vehicles
Be responsible for all tools and equipment, both your own toolbox and the workshop's tools.
Hang tools up after use.
Jacking up the vehicles with the safety measures in place.
Operating hoist.
Using hydraulic and power tools with care and safety.
Cleaning the workshops before leaving.
Executing all work in a safe manner.

Qualifications Required:

Mechanic Trade Test
At least 3 to 5 years experience
Clear Credit and Criminal Record
Valid Drivers Licence
Red Seal Automotive Mechanic Trade Test (Not a necessity but will count in your favour
