Support in preparing tenders, quotations, and proposals
Develop specifications, reports, and design documents such as design basis documents, technical specifications, and design reports
Perform calculations and Finite Element Method (FEM) analyses
Engage in concept development, identification, and trade-off processes
Execute design and modeling tasks
Oversee the detail design process
Offer engineering support throughout project fabrication, implementation, and commissioning
Participate in Design Reviews
Identify and manage project risks, implementing approved mitigation plans
Conduct thorough checks on own work and that of others
Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, including Class Society and Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards
Maintain compliance with the configuration management systemSkills & Experience:
Experience and knowledge in sectors such as Mining, Oil and Gas, Mineral Processing, or Heavy Engineering
Possess 3-4 years of technical experience
Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication
Strong organizational abilities
Capable of performing well under pressure
Meticulous attention to detail
Flexibility to work demanding schedules and varying hours, including overtime, to meet project deadlines
Willingness to travel as required
Team player mentality
Able to work with minimal supervision
Self-motivated, organized, and focused on achieving results
Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, and MS Project
Familiarity with Computer Aided Design software such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, or Inventor
Access to personal transportationQualification:
Possession of a B-Tech, B.Sc, or B.Eng degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
