- Qualified Engineer
- Hydraulic design experience
- Machine design experience
- Inventor experience
- Metallurgical experience will be an advantage
- Management experience
- Materials knowledge
- No Criminal Record to be able to Enter our customers sites
- Medically Fit - able to pass stringent site medicals
- Able to work overtime
- Technically minded
- Good People skills
