Job Summary We are seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to the development of high-quality products and solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Lead the design and development of mechanical components and systems from concept through to detailed design, including CAD modeling, prototyping, and testing.
• Engineering Analysis: Perform engineering calculations, stress analysis, and simulations to validate designs, ensuring the functionality and safety of mechanical systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering teams (electrical, software, etc.) and external vendors to integrate various design elements into a cohesive final product.
• Prototyping & Testing: Oversee the creation of prototypes and the testing of mechanical systems to ensure performance and compliance with customer specifications and regulatory standards.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including CAD drawings, BOMs (Bills of Materials), and technical specifications.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot design issues and provide engineering solutions for manufacturing or assembly challenges.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement design improvements to increase product quality, reduce costs, and improve efficiency in the manufacturing process.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience: Experience in mechanical design engineering, with a focus on [specific sectors like product design, automation, etc.].
• Software Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, etc.), FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus), and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of material science, mechanical engineering principles, and manufacturing processes.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to work through complex engineering problems.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with teams, clients, and suppliers.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
