Mechanical Design Engineer required to be involved in the design of international parts and complete Product designs. The main function is design but will also be involved in prioritizing technical problems and new projects for the company's main client.POSITION INFO:
Mechanical DesignCape TownInternational Development company, specialising in developing commercial products and systems. Complete designs from first principles as well as improvement on existing Product rangesQualifications and key skills required:

• BTech/ B Eng / BSc in
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in designing
• Design skills on Solid Works
• Ideal have some skills in Siemens NX

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of ideas in the form of CAD models and presentations
• Preparation of manufacturing and supplier part drawings to be released into the system for manufacturing and purchasing
• Preparation and administration of prototype parts and test requests for proposed design fixes and new options
• Improvement design and development for new products and do design changes on upgrades
