Our client is at the forefront of the automotive industry, delivering state-of-the-art engineering solutions. As a Mechanical Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models using Autodesk Inventor, performing Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and drafting 2D plans. The role involves preparing technical documentation, including proposals and specifications, and providing technical support to the manufacturing team. You'll also liaise with suppliers and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery.Education:
- National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 4 - 7 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within the automotive industry
- Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks
- Skilled in 2D drafting with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
- Strong ability to perform engineering calculations and produce Bills of Materials (BOMs)
