Mechanical Draughtsman - GautengFull job descriptionJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled Draughtsman with expertise in mechanical and mining disciplines to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using design software such as Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical, and SolidWorks to create accurate technical drawings and plans. You will work closely with engineers and project teams to develop detailed drawings for manufacturing, construction, and installation purposes.Key Responsibilities:Create detailed technical drawings and plans for mechanical and mining projects using Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical, and SolidWorks.Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to gather requirements and develop design solutions.Review specifications, sketches, and input data to determine the best drawing methods.Make adjustments to designs based on feedback and project requirements.Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, regulations, and industry guidelines.Update and maintain drawing records and project documentation.Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency.Assist in preparing bills of materials and other technical documentation as required.Job Type: Full-timePay: R20 000,00 per monthApplication Question(s):What is your current salary?What is your notice period?Education:Certificate (Preferred)Experience:AutoCAD: 2 years (Required)Inventor: 2 years (Required)Solidworks: 2 years (Required)License/Certification:Drivers (Preferred)Location:Gauteng, Gauteng (Preferred)Application Deadline: 2024/10/18
