SUMMARY:
Our client in the Mechanical Building Services industry is seeking a Draughtsman to join them. The successful incumbent will have experience with Revit and AutoCAD.POSITION INFO:
Job Title: Draughtsman (Building Services / Revit)
Geographical area: Centurion, Gauteng
Salary range: Market RelatedThe successful incumbent will be responsible for:
- Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings
- Implement company drawing standards
- Liaise with Engineers to prepare as-build drawings
- Creating accurate fire protection designs using AutoCAD
- Collaborate with project teams to develop piping and mechanical drawings for high-risk environments
- Attention to detail, technical expertise in fire protection systems, wet services and HVAC, and the ability to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Certificate in draughting
- 5+ years experience in draughting in same industry
- Excellent experience in Revit and AutoCAD required
- Understanding of fire protection, wet services and building services
