We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Draftsman to join our clinets team. As a Mechanical Draftsman, you will be responsible for designing plans and developing detailed designs for mechanical equipment and controls. You will work closely with clients, resolve design challenges, and apply mathematical formulas to create detailed specifications for components or machinery. Accuracy in work and proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Design plans and develop detailed designs for mechanical
- Resolve design challenges and analyze specifications.
- Apply mathematical formulas to create detailed
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and
- Costing, designing, and managing small and large
- Work on various machines, smelters, and steel structures
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience as a Draughtsman.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such
- Strong knowledge and experience in AutoCAD or
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
- Tertiary qualification as a Draughtsman MDOP.
- N5 or N6 mechanical engineering qualification.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong client liaison skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
