Job Description


  • Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate mechanical and electrical project activities, ensuring that all work is completed on schedule, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying critical milestones and coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support for M&E systems, including wet serv, plumbing, electrical installations, and other related services.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented without compromising quality.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the procurement and delivery of materials and services align with project requirements.
  • Quality Control: Oversee quality control processes, conducting regular inspections to ensure that all M&E work complies with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all M&E project activities comply with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and any issues that require attention.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical and electrical project coordination within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of M&E systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
