Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
International renown company who manufactures for the automotive/aerospace industry is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join the team. Projects includes designing & detailing various elements, parts and components e.g.:xc3x82 GRP components, joinery components, custom stainless-steel components and other hardware etc. Furthermore, your responsibility will include: tooling design, jig design, manufacturing process design, weight and cost optimisation, design for assembly and BOM creation.
Requirements:
Minimum: National Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or relevant Designing field)
3 Yearsxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99 experience in a Manufacturing Environment
Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes
Working knowledge of Solidworks
Knowledge of AutoCAD
Proficient in Excel
