Technical Documentation & Support Develop precise manufacturing & assembly drawings, QC checklists, SOPs, and BOMs to bring designs to life.
Production & Design Innovation Contribute to multiple production lines, drive new product development, and seamlessly implement design enhancements through the ECR process.
Advanced CAD Modelling & Optimization Create and refine 2D/3D CAD models, perform calculations, and optimize tooling, jig design, weight, cost, and assembly processes for peak efficiency.
Process & Quality Enhancement Research and introduce cutting-edge technologies to improve design, boost manufacturing efficiency, and drive down costs.
Project Implementation & Change Management Assist with prototype builds, integrate design upgrades, and ensure smooth transitions across teams.
Delivering Excellence on Every Deadline Maintain top-tier quality assurance, meet project milestones, and ensure all specifications are met with precision.Skills & Experience:
Engineering/Design Experience 2-4 years in a manufacturing industry.
Design for Manufacturing Strong understanding of manufacturing design and build sequences.
CAD Software Proficiency Experience with SolidWorks (2015 onwards), basic knowledge of AutoCAD/Draftsight (2010 onwards), with speed/accuracy tests required.
MS Office Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Qualification:
