- BEng in Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years' experience
- Wet Services and HVAC preferred
- Must be able to manage own projects
- Revit experience advantageous
- Required to mark up and check draftsman's drawings
- Understanding construction programs and contracts
- Required to measure Bill of Quantities and Payment Certificates
- Produce monthly project status reports
- Produce Design Reports
- Travel will be required to sites in own vehicle
