Mechanical Engineer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical systems for bulk materials handling, including conveyors, chutes, feeders, hoppers, and transfer points.
- Perform structural and mechanical calculations to ensure system integrity, efficiency, and durability.
- Create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD software.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including electrical and project engineers, to deliver turnkey solutions.
- Conduct site visits for design validation, troubleshooting, and commissioning support.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 35 years of experience in bulk materials handling design.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks).
- Strong understanding of materials flow, wear factors, and structural integrity.
- Experience in mining, industrial, or processing environments is advantageous.
