Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
No prior work experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
Python and coding experience (preferred but not required)
Basic understanding of thermodynamics, refrigeration, and mechanical systems
Familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) is beneficial
Responsibilities:
Conduct technical research on refrigeration, HVAC, and mechanical system designs
Analyse new trends and emerging technologies to improve system efficiency
Assist in evaluating new components, materials, and manufacturing techniques
Support Design Engineers in creating technical documentation and design calculations
Perform engineering analysis, simulations, and data modelling
Develop and maintain engineering tools, including Excel-based models and Python scripts
Assist in streamlining engineering processes and improving documentation standards
Support the implementation of selection tools for Sales Engineers to enhance efficiency
Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure high-quality designs and product reliability
Work closely with other Engineering disciplines, Production teams, and Sales teams
Provide technical assistance
Participate in meetings and assist in preparing engineering reports
Gain an understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements
Assist in ensuring that designs meet required standards and guidelines
