Job Description
Qualifications & Experience: xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94 B.Eng, BSc, or BTech in Mechanical Engineering
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94 ECSA professional registration (PrEng/PrTech)
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94 Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in hospitals, clinics, commercial buildings, offices, workshops, and stores
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94 Experience with large-scale projects covering various mechanical systems
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94 Expertise in construction administration and managementKey Responsibilities: ? Design & Project Management:
- Lead and execute mechanical building services designs for diverse projects
- Ensure compliance with National Building Regulations, OSHA standards, and health facility requirements
- Work on HVAC & R, Vertical Transportation, Fire Protection, Medical Gas, and related systems
- Manage project staff, finances, and resources effectively
- Liaise with clients to build strong relationships and understand their needs
- Market and network to secure repeat business
- Oversee project budgeting, proposals, and reporting
- Prepare project documents for successful execution and timely completion
- Apply scientific methods to solve engineering problems
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94 Knowledge of construction contracts (GCC, FIDIC, NEC, PROCSA)
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94 Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94 Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects independently
