Report production feedback on a daily basis.

Drive & ensure the daily production is planned a day in advance and that all records are reflected on the production book and dashboard.

responsible for determining production standards for the company's products by establishing quality control systems and setting product requirement rules.

Update the Quality Management system and set detailed guidelines on the processes for checking products.

Participate in root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Collaborate with production teams to develop and maintain standard operating procedures.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results, quality metrics, and corrective actions.

Prepare and present regular quality reports on production, claim, rework statistics, NCR register, to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Ensure all quality documentation is up-to-date and checked upon each assembly. (Build spec sheets , Job card).
