Job Description
Position: Fitter & Turner (Electric Rotating Machines / Electric Motors)
We are seeking an experienced Fitter & Turner with expertise in electric rotating machines and electric motors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience working on conventional machinery, including:
Parallel Lathe Milling Machine Boring Machine Vertical Lathe Pedestal Drilling Machine
Additionally, the candidate should possess experience in welding. This position focuses on jobbing work, not production.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric Certificate (or equivalent) Completed Apprenticeship with a reputable company Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings Independent and self-sufficient with the ability to work unsupervised
