Medical Billing Claims Administrator



We are excited to announce an opening for a skilled Medical Billing Claims Administrator at our company located in Mooikloof, Pretoria East. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in medical billing, including familiarity with medical aid schemes, ICD-10 codes, and procedure codes.

Minimum Requirements:



At least 2 years of relevant experience (REQUIRED)

Matric/Grade 12 certification (REQUIRED)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (REQUIRED)

Valid driver's license (REQUIRED)

A proactive attitude with a willingness to assist

Capability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining professionalism and composure

Excellent customer service skills

In-depth knowledge of medical aid schemes, ICD-10 codes, CPT codes, procedure codes, and modifiers

Strong analytical abilities

Strong attention to detail

The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong sense of ownership and accountability and will be able to collaborate effectively within a team while requiring minimal supervision.
