Duties:
Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Act as a liaison to connect doctors with our expert team. Organize and coordinate both virtual and in-person meetings. Ensure healthcare professionals are aware of important industry events and congresses. Address inquiries from doctors promptly and efficiently. Oversee the logistics of small events to ensure seamless execution. Provide consistent support as the primary contact for healthcare professionals.
Required Experience:
A friendly and outgoing personality with a love for engaging with others. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service. Experience in event management and logistical coordination. A desire to positively impact patient health outcomes. A proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent business communication. Own reliable transport for Client visits. Minimum of 1 years working experience in a customer facing role.
