Job Description


Job Summary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for healthcare providers.
  • Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing necessary information
  • Doing medical aid accounts and sending them electronically
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls as well as theatre bookings and authorizations
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, and report generation.
  • Adhere to healthcare regulations and protocols.
The following experience is required:
  • 2 years experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proven experience as a Medical Administrative Assistant or in a similar role within a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with medical software.
  • Experience in handling telephonic queries
  • Administration functions as required
