Pinelands Family Practice is looking for a friendly, organized, and hard-working

Medical Receptionist

to join our dynamic general practice. If you have experience in front-office management, patient interactions (both face-to-face and electronically), and supporting medical staff, please send us your CV.

Requirements:



Enthusiastic and willingness to learn High attention to detail and strong multitasking skills Excellent IT skills and experience with medical software (preferred) Ability to work well in a team and under pressure A high sense of care for patients, aligning with our practice values A professional and welcoming demeanour at all times

Key Responsibilities:



Managing front-office duties, including scheduling and administration Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism and care Handling patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person Supporting medical staff with administrative tasks Maintaining accurate records and processing billing
Location: Pinelands, Cape Town
Working Hours: 8:00 till 17:00 Monday till Friday
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
