: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Medical Orthopedic Equipment Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for medical sales and a strong interest in orthopedic products.



Key Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, physicians, and hospital stakeholders.


Promote and sell orthopedic products such as joint implants, medical instruments, and orthopedic braces.


Provide product demonstrations and informational presentations to potential clients.


Respond to customer queries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.


Stay informed about the latest developments in the orthopedic field and learn about new products.


Attend trade shows, medical conferences, and product seminars to network with industry professionals.


Handle administrative tasks such as tracking sales, managing customer accounts, and submitting sales reports.


Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.


Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for territory expansion and sales growth.


Qualifications:



1 year of medical sales experience (orthopedic knowledge preferred).


Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


Ability to work independently and build relationships with key stakeholders.


A passion for sales and business development.


Excellent communication skills.
