Tasks
Recruit doctors in unrepresented areas
- Process GP nominations
- Contact and recruit doctors that is not on our Network
Assist with member and provider queries
- Attend to all incoming provider network calls
- Confirm member benefits
- Resolve radiology and pathology queries
- Deal with queries via electronic channels (OTRS,Live Chat,Email)
Perform administrative duties
- Update and maintain providerxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99s information/ details on CRM
- Update network list weekly
- Maintain GP records
- Conduct and submit periodic reports
Essential Qualifications
- Matric or equivalent
Essential Experience
- Minimum 2 years call/ contact centre/ customer care
Desirable Experience
- Medical / insurance background experience
- Claims administration experience/ Primary Health-care administration
Other requirements
- Afrikaans advantageous
Knowledge and Skills
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy: MS word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal skills
