Job Purpose
Exceptional support to the Executive and management of the client’s office in the execution and smooth running of their business.
Responsibilities of this Post:
Manage professional and personal scheduling for Executives, including agendas, mail, email, calendar, and calls.
Manage the Executives health i.e. ensuring training sessions are scheduled and ensuring healthy meals in accordance with their menu.
Manage, coordinate, and arrange travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination.
Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, emails, and maintenance of the filing system.
Custodian of the CRM database ensuring regular updates and scheduling of interactions. Follow-ups against commitments by the Executive and Consultants.
Event co-ordination for seminars, webinars, and training sessions.
Course content preparation.
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.
Competencies, Qualifications and Experience
Technical Competencies
Administration / Executive Assistant skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems.
Strong Excel skills
Confident written and verbal communication skills,
