Job Description

The successful candidates will be responsible for configuring and installing VoIP PBX systems, providing high-level technical support to external customers, and working under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:

Primary Interface: Act as the primary interface to all clients to resolve problems reported. Ticket Response: Respond to tickets on the system in a timely manner. Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and technical support via remote or onsite support. Software Installation: Setup and install 3CX software prior to installations. Mobile Application Installation: Install mobile application for 3CX system. System Maintenance: Support and maintenance of 3CX system after installation. PBX Phone Configuration: Setup and configuration of PBX phones prior to installation. Phone Support: Support and maintenance of PBX phones after installation. VOIP Issue Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot VOIP issues. Gateway Setup: Setup of gateways (PSTN, fax gateways, FXO, FXS, BRI). Network Configuration: Install and configure routing on ADSL and fibre lines. VPN Setup: Setup VPN's and port forward on routers. Routing Configuration: Make changes to routers as per clients requirements. Preventative Maintenance: Do preventative maintenance on routers, updates and scheduling reboots. Router Configuration: Log onto routers to check the current configurations thereof to make sure everything is up to standard. Software Installation: Setup and install 3CX software on the phones and server. Requirements: Certification: A+ and N+ certification. Experience: Experience networking and PBX systems. Structured Cabling Knowledge: Knowledge in structured cabling. Communication Skills: Good communication skills. Problem Solving Skills: Problem solving skills. Dependability: Be dependable. Time Management: Have good time management skills. Professional Attributes: Demonstrate professional attributes. Compliance: Complies with the company's vision and ICTG's policies and procedures. Additional Tasks: Performs other tasks as assigned by management

Key Responsibilities and requirements:

Must have own phone and laptop Own vehicle Have valid driver's license Willing to travel in South Africa Must be willing to be on standby on weekend and holidays
