Guest Reception & Hospitality

• Welcomes guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
• Provides personalized service by recognizing VIP guests and returning patrons.
• Escorts guests to their tables while maintaining a smooth flow of service.
• Ensures guests feel valued and attended to throughout their dining experience.

2. Reservation & Seating Management

• Manages reservations through booking systems, ensuring efficient table assignments.
• Communicates effectively with the service team to optimize seating arrangements.
• Accommodates special requests, dietary restrictions, and seating preferences when possible.
• Monitors guest wait times and provides accurate updates to ensure a positive experience.

3. Michelin-Star Service Standards

• Maintains an impeccable appearance, adhering to the restaurant's dress code and etiquette.
• Demonstrates a deep understanding of the restaurant's menu, wine selection, and overall concept.
• Works closely with the sommelier and servers to enhance the guest experience.
• Handles guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and discretion.

4. Coordination & Communication

• Liaises with the kitchen and service team to ensure a seamless dining flow.
• Assists in organizing special events and private dining experiences.
• Maintains clear communication with management regarding guest feedback and service improvements.
• Supports front-of-house operations by ensuring a tidy and well-presented entrance area.
